This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to create and manage enterprise projects using Project Server. Project Managers, Program Managers and Project Schedulers will learn best practices in Project Server to manage projects throughout the project management lifecycle including developing and publishing projects, updating schedule progress, analyzing variances, managing project documents and working with risks and issues.
