What do you look for from you support partner?

Having been in this industry for a number of years I've come to understand what a support practice shouldn't be, just as much as what it should be.  Sure, value is a big part of it.  Making sure you are getting maximum value for every consulting dollar is very important.  Just as important are response time, follow-up, the engineers’ technical knowledge, an action plan, and lastly a monthly report detailing each issue submitted along with the detail surrounding it's resolution.  We were fortunate enough to recently bring someone onboard at MS Project Now! who has helped considerably to bring our support to a new level of service that I am sincerely proud of.  Whether it's 1-on-1 training on the security model of Project Server, researching a highly technical issue, or developing a Demand Management workflow with Visual Studio, Kiran is someone that can be counted on.
